David O’Connell

David is the cofounder and managing director of OCAE Consultants Ltd. David qualified with a B.Agr.Sc from UCD in 1990 and worked with IAS Laboratories for a period of six years to 1996. In October 1996 David established OCAE Consultants Ltd.
